Responsibilities:



  • Reporting policy and procedure implementations

  • Project planning and management

  • Tracking operational costs to ensure that expenditure stays within budget

  • Overseeing the maintenance department

  • Ensuring that operational deadlines are met

  • Providing operations support to all departments

  • Conducting frequent spot checks to ensure that staff carry out their duties effectively and efficiently

Requirement



  • HND/BSC degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • 3 - 5 years work experience.

  • Extensive experience in a hotel operations management position or similar

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, email, etc.

  • Experience with sales/hospitality management software.
