• The Company is now about to commence operations and therefore seeks to employ a Business Manager

Requirements

The business manager for the organization would typically be an individual with the following attributes:

• A minimum academic qualification of a university Degree or its equivalent in any discipline. He should not be more than 35 years old.


• A must have had a demonstrable experience of a minimum of three years in managing business units.


• A self-starter who must be willing to work with minimal supervision.


• Must be energetic and ready to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Must have the capacity for managing people and lead a strong team.


• A strong understanding of the business environment and must constant search for emerging opportunities.


•  He should preferably be an Oza Nogogo indigene. However, where this is not the case, he must tick all the other boxes above.
