Responsibilities

• The CMO is in charge of creating groups in a branch.


• The CMO is expected to train the group on group lending methodology using the pre-loan training materials for two weeks.


• The CMO will be placed on a target andbe made a Relationship officer only when he/she meets the specified targets.


• The CMO will be directly supervised by the branch manager and a weekly report will be sent to the Area Manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of SSCE qualification will be required.


• 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
