Maintain personal files of staff except for Human Resources and Administration staff and Management staff.
Manage and capture all employees’ expense claims before submission to the Account Dept.
Manage the issuance of letter reference number (in the absence of Vivian)
Manage the issuance of memo reference numbers for Desicon, Saidel & Dawad.
Maintain engagement records of all staff including date employed, date of birth, grade, credentials, pension number, NHF number, date of confirmation of appointment, training, etc.
Ensure that records consigned to archive are properly stacked for easy location. Retrieve such records on request and return them after use.
Handle issuance, dispatch and filing of memos, letters, and other documents.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
File documents in physical and digital records
Maintain accurate document filling system that facilitate ease of document retrieval.
Perform other duties and obligations as may be assigned by HR & Admin Department.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
