Job Responsibilities



  • Carry out administrative, clerical and office duties in support to the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director.

  • Maintain a calendar of the CEO/MD’s activities, meetings, and various events; schedule conferences and meetings, including coordinating room set up and preparation of agenda.

  • Assemble and/or coordinate the preparation of various reports, memoranda, correspondence, and various documentation and presentation material, of a technical or confidential nature.

  • Maintain files and records for historical and informational reference.

  • Maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO/MD.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA / B.Tech / HND qualification.

  • 0 - 2 years work experience.
