Job Description



We are looking for an articulate, competitive and reliable Sales Officer who can help us enhance our sales efforts. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. 



  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively generate new customer leads through cold calling, networking and social media.

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business

  • Achieving the monthly sales targets for various products and services

  • Cross-sell products and services

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement

  • Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service

  • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

  • Negotiate/close deals

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.


Requirements



  • Proven work experience in sales, marketing or a related field

  • Two years experience in B2B sales

  • Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation

  • Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
