Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
- Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
- Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
- Analyzing project costs and preparing budgets.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Work with HR/Admin to ensure optimization of facility critical infrastructure such as Air conditioning Systems, Water, locks and firefighting equipment are operational.
- Coordinate with all the maintenance team to ensure management set targets are achieved.
- Liaise with the production team to know any related issue that could interfere with productivity and proffer simple possible solution to resolve the issue.
- Zero LTA due to facility Equipment
- MTBF- Mean Time Between Failure 72 Hrs
- MTTR- Mean Time to Repair 1Hr.
- Customer Satisfaction rate 75%
Education and Experience:
- HND/B.Eng. in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
- 4-5 years’ experience in facility engineering preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Hands-on equipment and work management systems experience
- Certifications in Facility Management or Project Management would be an added advantage.
