Description of Responsibilities / Functions
- Actively explore business opportunities to increase sales volume.
- Identify potential markets, sales channels, and competition and propose an effective sales strategy plan
- for account expansion & development to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets & KPIs.
- Managing all sales channels, e.g. general trade, modern trade, and food services, and ensuring daily
- operations function well.
- Establish a network and build a good rapport with new clients.
- Conceptualize a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
- Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team.
KPIs:
- Generate monthly reports showing performance at sales comparing achieved with targets.
- Generate periodic reports on new clients' and competitors' activities
- Achieve monthly/annual sales target
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and collections reports
- Enumerate the marketing activities and required sales promotions in your product.
Competence Requirement for the Job
- B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Manager in FMCG
- Age 30 -35.
