Responsibilities

• Teaching our Frontend Development course curriculum and supporting our students throughout the training program


• Managing, motivating, and facilitating class sizes of 10 - 15adult students with poise and professionalism


• Communicating complex concepts effectively and efficiently to learners and stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds


• Using digital tools to facilitate the learning and ensure a smooth flow of the class, as well as employing strong time and people management skills to manage the materials and the class at the same time


• Reviewing, evaluating, and grading students' homework assignments


• Conducting practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation


• Diagnosing student needs through active listening techniques and questioning strategies


• Recognizing different learning styles and student preference.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification


• Minimum of 2 years Experience as a tutor in facilitating Frontend Development classes.


• 3-4 years experience using React and other related frontend technologies.


• Be passionate about providing mentorship, direction, and sharing your knowledge by interacting with students on a daily basis.


• Strong proficiency in modern Javascript, ReactJS, HTML & CSS.


• Experienced in building nice looking User Interfaces with REST APIs using ReactJS.


• Familiarity with frontend build pipelines and tools


• Should have a live web app built with React.
