Responsibilities

• Teach our Product Design course curriculum and support our students throughout the training program


• Manage, motivate, and facilitate class sizes of 10 - 15adult students with poise and professionalism


• Communicate complex concepts effectively and efficiently to learners and stakeholders from a variety of different backgrounds


• Use digital tools to facilitate the learning and ensure a smooth flow of the class, as well as employing strong time and people management skills to manage the materials and the class at the same time


• Review, evaluate, and grade students' homework assignments


• Conduct practice tests to track progress, identify areas of improvement and help set goals for exam preparation


• Diagnose student needs through active listening techniques and questioning strategies


• Recognize different learning styles and student preferences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.


• Strong knowledge of Figma


• Experience and knowledge in UX methodologies


• Experience in designing UI for web and mobile


• Strong knowledge of wireframe and prototyping.
