Job Description 

To complement our highly skilled staff of educators, we are seeking for a dedicated Teacher. In accordance with the needs of the school, you will be in charge of creating and carrying out a comprehensive educational teaching plan. Providing pupils with knowledge and teaching while also assisting them in developing their personalities and abilities will be essential.

The ideal applicant will have a strong work ethic, be able to connect with students, and establish a connection based on trust. They'll know how to set up a class and facilitate effective and engaging learning.

The objective is to encourage the students' enthusiasm in learning and to be their devoted partner throughout the entire process of learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and make use of visual/audio aids to aid learning.


• Individualize instruction for each student by encouraging interactive learning.


• Produce and disseminate educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)


• Students' progress is assessed and recorded, and grades and feedback are provided.


• Keep your classroom neat and orderly.


• Participate in regular meetings and collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders.


• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events. 


• Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
