Job Description



You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, etc.). You will connect with clients who have requested our services via our industry-leading marketing program. You will build a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience. You will work closely with upper management to help direct and forecast company growth.


Responsibilities



  • Connect with new and existing clients, determine their unique needs, and present digital solutions

  • Develop and deliver solution proposals and presentations. Adjust content of sales presentations based on audience, prospect needs industry dynamics, etc.

  • Develop sales leads by identifying potential clients and contacting them to determine their needs and interest in purchasing products or services

  • Develop strategic plans for sales and profit margin growth for assigned component locations, including tracking product line performance against competitors while keeping current on industry trends and product development

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints within established guidelines or escalates to appropriate management for resolution

  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, partners, and investors

  • Support the management in contract development, customer negotiations and product enhancements

  • Collaborate with marketing to create enablement materials like sequences, presentations, and leave-behinds

  • Collaborate with the Design team to design new templates and graphics for sales materials

  • Proactively identify, contact and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing and social media tools

  • Participate in strategic marketing meetings to optimize sales processes

  • Participate in daily conference calls for sales training, leadership and personal development

  • Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements



  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite)

  • National diploma certificate or equivalent

  • 2+ years of Sales experience

  • Effective verbal and written skills

  • A high degree of product/service expertise and overall business development

  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate and familiarize yourself with modern technology (PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc.)

  • Experience generating and maintaining client relationships via a lead system.

  • Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot to execute campaigns

  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Notion or Trello

  • Additional qualifications in any Sales process would be a plus
