Job Description



  • Using social media marketing tools to creatively tell the brand story, communicate the brand services, products, and offers, maintain the company’s brand image, and form strong connections with followers.

  • Creation of plans and strategies that align with the business goals and yield positive results for the brand (visibility, Lead generation etc.)

  • Conduct regular performance analyses and reports of the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy.

  • Using insights and algorithms to improve the company’s digital media performance.

  • Research and harness digital tools to improve the company’s digital marketing.

  • Researching social media trends and implementing relevant trends approved by management.

  • Setting smart goals for digital media campaigns.

  • Understand and identify the brand’s target audience.

  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency

  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, e-flyers etc.)

  • Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

  • Other related duties that will be assigned.


Qualifications



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification

  • Years of Experience: 3 Years and above

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Reside around Ajah and its environ.

  • Other related duties will be assigned.
