Person Specification: 

To succeed in this role, you will have: 

• At least 7 years experience working in the international development/global health 


• 5 years EPI experience


• Strong proven technical expertise in the field of routine immunisation programming


• Preferred experience in the launch of a new vaccine in country immunisation programmes


• Excellent people management skills, managing and coordinating teams within a matrix organisation and based in multiple locations.


• Experience working with Gavi, Alliance partners, and the MOH


• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, inspiring action based on evidence and influencing change, including with governments, partners and clients


• Proven experience managing programmes including work planning, financing management and programme quality assurance and control
