Functions & Responsibilities

Responsibilities -

• Execute projects – consulting, capacity building, recruitment and any other assigned projects


• Develop project documents including briefs for outsourced consultants


• Develop proposals for sales engagement


• Manage relationship and interact with outsourced consultants


• Source, interview and shortlist candidates for client recruitments


• Source venue, make necessary arrangements and oversee execution of training engagements


• Support Admin Officer to negotiate project related costs where required

Educational Requirements

• University degree (or Higher Diploma)  in Business Administration or any related field


• A least 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Membership of a professional body will an added advantage


• Experience should be broad-based and include exposure to managing and implementing projects.
