Functions & Responsibilities
Responsibilities -
- Execute projects – consulting, capacity building, recruitment and any other assigned projects
- Develop project documents including briefs for outsourced consultants
- Develop proposals for sales engagement
- Manage relationship and interact with outsourced consultants
- Source, interview and shortlist candidates for client recruitments
- Source venue, make necessary arrangements and oversee execution of training engagements
- Support Admin Officer to negotiate project related costs where required

Educational Requirements
- University degree (or Higher Diploma) in Business Administration or any related field
- A least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Membership of a professional body will an added advantage
- Experience should be broad-based and include exposure to managing and implementing projects.
