Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for the Lead Consultant
- Creating reports and memos for the Lead Consultant as needed
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for the Lead Consultant
- Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mails
- Manage the company’s accounting records
- Issuing invoices for client projects due payment, making payments to vendors and outsourced consultants, process incoming invoices, and issuing receipts
- Processing payroll and managing personnel information
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning training venues

Qualification
Educational Requirements:
- University degree (or Higher Diploma) in Business Administration or any related field
- A least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Membership of a professional body will an added advantage
- Experience should be broad-based and include exposure to managing and implementing projects.
