Job Description

• Perform market research SWOT analysis, collect data and keep abreast of market trends


• Monitor customers bases and identify new ones


• Forecast future markets, consumer and sales trends


• Develop and implement marketing strategies, road maps and expansion plans


• Track digital advertisement and campaign metrics


• Manage public relations, communications, website, infographics, blogs, newsletters and event campaigns


• Track campaign metrics and evaluate impacts


• Drive brand initiative and awareness via communication campaigns


• Oversee CSR plans and implementation


• Ensuring the sales team meet their monthly goals and quotas (monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvement).


• Collaborating with other departments; sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently


• Managing sales and marketing budget

Skills

• Photo and video editing skills, ability to use Adobe, Photoshop etc


• Knowledge of web design and content production


• Knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
