Job Description

• Maintain and grow all social media touch points to enhance reputation of trust.


• Create and over the implementation of digital strategies and campaigns.


• Manage the day-to-day editing and content creation or requirements across all digital touch points.


• Ensure contents such as documents, films, graphics, videos and write ups are fit for purpose and adhere to the brand mission and vision.


• Manage direct messages, attend to inquires and close sales across all digital touch points.


• Effectively monitor and analyze performance of all digital touch points, using SEO, Google Analytics and other tools.


• Assist with network administration and resolving all IT support issues.


• Assist in managing all hardware and software applications.

Qualifications and Job Specific Competencies

• Knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, Content Marketing Tools, Email Marketing Tools, etc.


• knowledge of IT tools, software and hardware


• knowledge of content creation and ability to grow brand profile.


• OND/YNSC in Business Administration, Computer Science or a relevant degree


• Additional certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management is a plus
