Job Description



  • As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, managing, and leading high-performing Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Enterprise Sales Teams.

  • You will be responsible for strategy development and execution, sales team performance, and overall sales growth of the company.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Build, lead, and manage high-performing sales teams

  • Drive adoption and penetration within the country

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure the targets are achieved

  • Provide customer feedback and advice to Product, Content, and Marketing teams

  • Participate in National strategy development and lead execution to meet National sales targets

  • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management, and reward.

  • Actively seek out new sales partnerships to drive sales and company growth.

  • Manage relationships with Educators, Parents, Learners, and Retailers.

  • Development of training programs.

  • Organizing training and retraining of sales agents.

  • Present the highest level of professionalism and passion through presentations, marketing materials/events, quotes & proposals.

  • Compiling and presenting sales reports.

  • Oversee payment on delivery and ensure quick efficient service delivery.

  • Perform other duties as may be required.


Requirements



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience working in and managing cross-functional teams

  • Understanding of Business metrics, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to communicate with learners, parents, and other stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of computers and mobile device specifications and, operating systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

  • Excellent presentation skills in both large and small groups.

  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
