Job Purpose

• Serves as a board operator and/or call screener for various programming shows, ensuring calls received during programmes are accurate with good audio quality.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Handles the studio lines and forward calls to the studio while programmes are going on


• Handles heavy phone calls from listeners and interact with them in a professional and courteous manner.


• Responsible for screening phone calls to ensure company guidelines and policies are adhered to.


• Ensures the environment for the call is suitable before forwarding to the studio


• Registers caller’s name and location on the software before transferring to the studio


• Responsible for data mining by maintaining an updated callers’ list on a spreadsheet
