- We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Debsona Logistics As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand and communicate the unique value proposition of Debsona Logistics to potential customers
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
