Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Researching marketing opportunities and developing plans, understanding consumer needs, identifying market trends and suggesting improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensuring it’s strong presence
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.
- Maintaining a healthy relationships with clients by making regular visits and understanding their needs
- Generating new business leads and negotiating deals with the clients
- Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience
- Expertise in the energy drink industry is desirable
- Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
