Create and implement a winning RTM, Sales and distribution strategy that enables the organization to meet its fast-growing volume and revenue targets.
Build and manage a regional sales force capable of driving agreed revenue target and capable to the development of all sales team.
Provide strategic direction/input for development of Distributor, Channel and Field Sales strategies in line with organizational growth plan.
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to revenue assurance, customer service, warehousing, etc.
Listen” to the trends in the market, and direct market research efforts of the company. Coordinate marketing activities within assigned region.
80% in-field and 20% in office
Job Requirement
BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or other relevant fields, MSc/MBA will be a plus.
8-10+ years of work experience in a Sales or marketing role in a reputable company, with demonstrated career growth at least 3+ years in middle level to senior sales leadership position.
Must have proven strength in Sales Drivers and In market execution.
Must have in-depth knowledge about Channel Strategy.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop large team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills – written and verbal.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing market and business conditions
