The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets and leading a team. As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning the local marketing strategy with headquarters and the Head of Business, as well as executing the marketing plan through various channels.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute the local marketing plan in alignment with headquarters and the Head of Business.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure it is being used effectively to support the marketing plan.

  • Monitor market trends and analyse consumer behaviour to inform the development of marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.

  • Ensure the consistent implementation of the company's brand and messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with experience in

  • Consumer Electronics, Retail or other relevant industries.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets and leading a team.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
