Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets and leading a team. As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning the local marketing strategy with headquarters and the Head of Business, as well as executing the marketing plan through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the local marketing plan in alignment with headquarters and the Head of Business.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure it is being used effectively to support the marketing plan.
- Monitor market trends and analyse consumer behaviour to inform the development of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of the company's brand and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with experience in
- Consumer Electronics, Retail or other relevant industries.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets and leading a team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
