Job Description




  • Implement HR Processes and Tools for timekeeping, payroll, recruitment, and administration across the District.

  • Personnel management, including but not exhaustively: wages, taxes on labor and Social Security, Overtimes, staff Insurance (health and accidents at work)

  • Ensure Fulfilment of all labour Obligations

  • Management of disciplinary proceedings

  • Management of industrial relations and the Trade Union Committee

  • Management of holidays and absences of staff

  • Comply with and enforce all Labor legislation

  • Responsible for employee development processes

  • Manage the implementation and follow-up of the Group’s code of Ethics

  • Preparing the HR Reports

  • Management of the Human Resources Department and the relationship with the other areas of the company

  • Management of various host communities in the South-South part of Nigeria.

  • Other tasks as may be requested in the framework of the Human Resources at district level.


Security:



  • Report all incidents and accidents to immediate management or N+2  

  • Take care of my own health and safety during the execution of duties of work

  • Perform the work to the client's specific needs and observe the rules of the client (where applicable)

  • Participate in emergency training

  • Participate and contribute to the register of hazard and risk regarding your area of responsibility


Environmental:



  • Eliminate waste responsibly

  • Report environmental incidents to management immediately or as soon as reasonably practical

  • Use natural resources responsibly

  • Participate in all Emergency Drills

  • Perform the work to the client's specific needs and observe the rules of the client (where applicable)

  • Participate and contribute to the impact and appearance record when it comes to your area of responsibility

  • Ensuring compliance with the legal and moral obligations with regard to position for understanding & Implementing relevant sections of environmental requirements for Nigeria & Ghana
