- We are seeking for a qualified applicant for the post of an Office Admin Clerk who will handle general administrative task and provide support to employees and managers within the organization.
Job Description
- Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules, calendar and daily activities.
- Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude towards staff and visitors.
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Manage inventory of all office supplies and requisite when there are shortages
- Utilize office appliances such as printers, photocopiers, word processing applications.
- Handle and compile records of office activities and business transaction.
- Act as a receptionist, handle phone calls, mailing and distribute correspondence.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirement and Qualifications
- NCE / OND in office management or relevant field
- 0-2 years and above in Office Admin/Clerical duties.
- Ability to work independently with good communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures & office devices
- Knowledge of specific software use within the organization.
Salary
N35,000 - N40,000 / month.
