Job Description

• Making outbound sales calls to potential customers


• Asking targeted questions to understand customer needs and preferences


• Presenting our products and services in a compelling manner


• Recording customer information and purchases accurately


• Keeping up to date on new products and sharing this information with customers


• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns


• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly


• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly


• A creative and solution-focused approach to sales


• A track record of success in sales and the ability to handle rejection


• Working knowledge of CRMs, including Hubspot


• Good organizational and record-keeping skills


• The ability to handle stress and work under pressure


• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and its trends and developments.
