Job Description

• Track, order, distribute and process payment of all medical supplies.


• Receive, store and distribute goods to the pet shop.


• Daily tracking of stock level and shelve performance.


• Maintain a detailed stock record of all purchases and distribution.


• Check supplies against invoices raised and ensure prompt payment of suppliers.


• Submit monthly report of stock performance to line manager.


• Advise appropriately on stock demand to facilitate management decision on stock purchases.


• Plan, initiate and conduct quietly stock takes.


• Conduct quarterly price/quality product survey on suppliers.

Job Specification

• Minimum of HND in Purchasing, Inventory or any Supply Management Course.


• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Officer.


• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.


• Detailed knowledge of accounting processes and methods.


• Excellent analytical reporting skills.


• Inventory management system and stock tracking knowledge.


• Efficient communication and interaction skills.
