Objectives of this Role
- Build and develop the Hantec Markets brand in Africa, forming alliances and partnerships as necessary.
- Create, refine, and execute media strategies and plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Working in conjunction with the global marketing team, developing affiliate campaigns.
- Devise and execute brand campaigns – outdoor, press, TV/Radio.
- Drive and maintain ‘influencer’ marketing across Africa.
- Devise and execute lead generation campaigns from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with our London Headquarters and other global offices.
- Analyse customer insights, monthly trading volume, client trends (active versus inactive accounts), market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and campaigns.
- Partner with our creative team in Nigeria, London, and Dubai, to plan and devise Africa specific marketing collaterals - emails, banners, social media ads.
- Maintain relationships with key marketing partners to ensure Hantec Markets achieves maximum share of voice.
- Lead performance marketing, design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics across Africa.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Working in partnership with the creative teams in Nigeria, London and Dubai, developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets specific to Africa.
- Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel Africa campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customers and internal touch points, participation in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support as and when required.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimise accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key local marketing partners to ensure Hantec Markets achieves maximum share of voice.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field from a UK/US/European University.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience of marketing in Africa.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
