  • Develop communication strategies for advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct research to inform advertising strategies, using both qualitative methods (focus groups and structured interviews) and quantitative methods (demographic profiling and questionnaires).

  • Develop and present competitive market analysis report to line manager and client periodically.

  • Develop pitch documents and Marketing proposals.

  • Lead and champion creative development process and provide feedback in response to consumer research findings.

  • Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience, and strategy.

  • Liaise with client to fully understand their business objectives, target markets and communications strategy.

  • Develop marketing communication documents and present thoughts in a logical and convincing manner.

  • Stay up to date on relevant market trends and developments within the advertising and communications industry.

  • Conduct Industry and Market segment studies to identify gaps to exploit.

  • Liaise with clients to identify specific marketing/Advertising needs and develop possible solutions.

  • Support new business team and Account Managers during business pitches.

  • Manage work, performance and professional development of team members.

  • Supervise subordinates and ensure team bonding.

  • Train and coach subordinates in areas of skill gap.

  • Develop ideas that can be used for seminar papers or articles on any area of Communications and Brand Management.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 10 years work experience.
