Lead and maximize the commercial operation of a designated territory.
Develop our direct and indirect sales channels by producing appropriate plans and measurement tools which will grow the company’s volume, raise its profitability and increase the market share of the brands.
Core Deliverables
Deliver the monthly and annual sales targets for the territory.
Achieve availability of products in wholesale and retail outlets that is at the same level as our main competitors,
Identify, create, and execute opportunities with distributors to increase sell-in/sell-out.
Supervise, coach, and train the team on the job to better sell and merchandize our products.
Other Functions
Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory.
Drive the flawless execution of the sales plan for the territory as agreed with the NSM.
Oversee the execution and tracking of marketing activities in the territory.
Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all Distributors in the territory.
Monitor Distributors’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that all our SKUs are available and that they their monthly targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum of HND / B.Sc. with 3 years experience in similar role; preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Open Market Sales Operations, Distributors management etc.
Territory and Team Management Skills (customer/outlet mapping, call/route plan, volume planning, NND, Market Analysis).
Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
