Job Description



As a Consumer Insights Researcher you will report to Head of Consumer Insights, Project Team, and the CEO and your main responsibilities will include:



  • Identify, prioritize, and lead research roadmaps that generate insights to inform product / services strategies across the company.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand to develop internal qualitative and quantitative best practices.

  • Define, design, execute a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences around the world.

  • Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.

  • Execute all technical aspects of quantitative, qualitative and research initiatives related to content, including questionnaire development, survey programming, analytical planning, and data analysis.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in consumer insights, B2B market research or related fields. Sensory analysis experience is a plus.

  • An understanding of research methods strengths and weaknesses and experience planning and conducting mid-to-large scale research projects across various product phases.

  • Experience with mixed methods - both qualitative and quantitative - with a focus on more strategic research.

  • Strong SPSS and Excel skills.

  • Ability to concisely and persuasively communicate research findings.

  • Moderation/facilitation experience is a plus.

  • Advanced English.
