Key Responsibilities

• Implement Project Management/Best Practices.


• Introduce Agile Engineering Practices.


• Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.


• Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.


• Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.


• Ensure that goals, scope and product domain etc. are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly.


• Understand and practice agility.


• Lead and coach successful scrum adoption.


• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.


• Help the development team to create high-value products.


• Remove project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.


• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead, IT Program Delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc in STEM Course.


• Agile Scrum Master certification.


• 6 - 8 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum practices.


• MSC in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science.


• PSM II, PSM III, PMI-ACP.
