Job Responsibilities



  • Focuses on Guards' Needs: Understands and responds to their needs and also meet their expectations within the organizational parameters.

  • Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes.

  • Gathers and processes relevant information and generates possible solutions.

  • Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field

  • 0 - 4 years work experience.

  • Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team

  • Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision making

  • Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills

  • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure.

  • Applicant must reside within Ikeja, Ketu, Ojodu Berger, Ogba Aguda, Akute,

    Magboro, Mowe Ibafo axis.
