Qualification

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering


• Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

Professional Qualifications:

• Relevant technical/ professional certifications


• Membership of professional organizations/ associations will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years post qualification experience in IT


• Previous experience in a reputable consulting or leading IT company


• Demonstrable achievements in landmark projects

Skills / Competence Requirements:

• Strong client relationship management skills


• Strong negotiation skills


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)


• Issue management skills


• Deep understanding of CIO and Technology Infrastructure Services organizations in Nigeria and West Africa Strong project management and leadership skills


• Flexibility to interface with multiple relevant business functions and capabilities (including Network, Information Systems /Technology, Commercial, Sales etc.)


• Deep expertise in Technology Strategy and Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Security, General IT Infrastructure (Networks, Servers/Storage, Data Centers, Workplace/Desktop Computing), IT Service Management, Project/Program Management


• Good understanding and/or practical experience of NEW IT such as cloud, digital technologies (AI, Blockchain, Analytics etc), cyber security Other Requirements


• Prior experience in a consulting or leading IT company


• Demonstrable achievements and involvement in landmark projects


• Experience in managing teams and directing quality work efforts


• C-suite presence Access/relationship network within our target industries


• Access/relationship network with our key alliance partners
