Functions & Responsibilities
- Sales and business development to grow the business.
- Deliver projects successfully to agreed timeline, quality standards and budget.
- Lead and supervise the project team of Verraki and non-Verraki staff.
- Drive client satisfaction and uptake of Verraki products and services.
- Groom our people and help develop their skills and capabilities.
- Manage our business operations to improve financial sustainability.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to a positive image for the firm.
- Develop skills and competence in functional areas such as supply chain, process improvement, customer value optimization, customer service delivery, business strategy, enterprise transformation, strategic cost management, business improvement, growth optimization, talent management and organizational development.
Professional Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with 2:1 in any discipline
- Master’s Degree and/or an MBA will be an added advantage.
- 10 years work experience.
Professional Qualifications:
- Other professional certifications e.g. PMP, Prince 2, etc. would also be an advantage
Skills / Competence Requirements:
- Proficient with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Good research and analytical skills
- Strong communications (written and verbal) and collaborative skills.
- Great presentation development and delivery skills
- Good leadership skills.
- Good risk and issues management skills
- Good business acumen
- Good client relationship management
- Good project management skills
- Good time management and effective organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict project deadlines.
