Job Description



Brief



  • An opportunity exists for a Route-To-Market in our commercial team. The ideal candidate with work closely with our VSR team to support company business imperatives and targets.


Responsibilities



  • To manage a team of Van sales reps and oversee their day-to-day operations at the company recommended.

  • All Van sales Rep to start 1st call in the market at 9:00 AM sharp as per the route plan.

  • Ensure sales reps follow route plan daily and frequency.

  • To maintain a frequent visit on fortnightly, service customers two (2) times a month: 4 Vans x 40 customers per day x 12 routes per van = 1920 customers coverage.

  • TGT - Productive calls per day per van - 25 calls

  • TGT - LPPC - Lines per productive call - 6

  • Coach and train a team of 4 van sales to do availability and visibility of products sold by the company in the marketplace

  • Ensure van sales rep captures and records secondary sales through SFA Mplify App only.

  • Ensure 100% reconciliation of

  • Secondary Sales through SFA Mplify App


Qualifications & Experience

The applicant should possess:



  • Minimum of a First Degree in either Business Administration or the Humanities

  • Minimum of 2 years of FMCG experience.

  • Practical knowledge of market structures and consumer trends in Nigeria

  • Numeracy Skills – the ability to work with detailed analysis
