We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Reporting to:               General Manager

Supervising:                Removals and Relocation Supervisors

                                    Warehouse Supervisor

                                    Technical Supervisor             

                                    Transport Coordinator

Job Functions

• Carry out technical pre-move survey prior to all moves execution


• Ensure the scheduled date of pre-move survey is strictly followed


• Supervise Export, Removals and Relocation teams


• Coordinate the use of electronic survey equipment used for the pre-move survey


• Prepare and sign formal contract with clients following order acceptance


• Explain the contract conditions and specifications to clients


• Handle information on customs procedures and guidelines as it affects importation/exportation of Household Goods and Personal Effects in Nigeria


• Coordinate the warehousing of shipments-in-process or awaiting delivery


• Responsible for ensuring adequate protective measures for all goods kept in the warehouse, as well as packing materials


• Determine, and record the content, measurement, and conditions of shipments prior to storage


• Coordinate the storage and protection of oversize items


• Coordinate shipment’s identification, location and retrieval procedures


• Oversee the entire packing/unpacking procedure


• Oversee the labelling/marking procedure to meet international standard


• Oversee the inventory/packing list procedure


• Oversee the loading(stuffing) and unloading (un-stuffing) procedure


• Coordinate the entire moving/forwarding processes


• Coordinate the transportation procedure


• Perform other assigned duties

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of HND or B Sc. from reputable institution


• Experience in removal and relocation is highly required


• Excellent understanding of removal & relocation, as well as shipping & logistics industry


• Deep sense of honesty and integrity


• Proficiency in Microsoft office packages


• Ability to work with a large team


• Good communication skills (oral and written)


• Attention to details
