Job Description



  • Support the activities of team members between departments and to ensure projects are completed on time

  • Support management and processing incoming and outgoing mails as required.

  • To provide a range of administrative and support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery.

  • Delivering multiple business support activities and services in line with agreed standards and timeframes and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

  • Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements to support information flow and inform decision making.


Requirements



  • Extensive experience of providing administrative support in a travel agency setting

  • Excellent organisational skills as well as IT skills i.e., demonstrable ability to use the Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to write accurate and clear minutes of meetings and present them.

  • Ability to work flexibly including occassionally outside of regular business hours and to be willing to meet the needs of the service
