Support the activities of team members between departments and to ensure projects are completed on time
Support management and processing incoming and outgoing mails as required.
To provide a range of administrative and support services to facilitate business operations and service delivery.
Delivering multiple business support activities and services in line with agreed standards and timeframes and the need to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
Update and maintain records and databases, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements to support information flow and inform decision making.
Requirements
Extensive experience of providing administrative support in a travel agency setting
Excellent organisational skills as well as IT skills i.e., demonstrable ability to use the Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to write accurate and clear minutes of meetings and present them.
Ability to work flexibly including occassionally outside of regular business hours and to be willing to meet the needs of the service
