Job Summary



  • Supervise and Develop BDE’s in covering Sales Territory and achieve Sales Targets

  • Ensuring Availability and Visibility of products in market

  • Develop New Distributors and Outlets in existing and New Markets


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure products are supplied to the distributors on time

  • Manage the hawking process within the territory

  • Ensure BDEs meets their daily targets

  • Handling of customers complaints in trade

  • Developing strategies to push products in trade

  • Drive Coverage expansion activities to grow

  • Manage existing distributors and develop new channel partners

  • And any other tasks which may be assigned to you from time-to-time


Requirements


Minimum Education Requirements:



  • B.Sc and HND in related Discipline


Minimum Experience Requirements:



  • 5 - 8 years’ cognate experience in similar role
