Job Description

- Contact customers and remind them repay their loans on time.
- Advise customers on payment options and negotiate appropriate payment plans.
- Maintain customer payment records.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience working as a Collections Officer or Customer Service Staff.
- Must have an Android Smartphone.
- Infrastructure to work from home when necessary.
