Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
To allow the MD/CEO to focus as much time as possible on other important topics, the Executive Assistant is in charge of strategically arranging, coordinating, and carrying out administrative and operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact: among executive, clients and other external stakeholders.
- Manage and explore internal and external communications for the CEO.
- Prepare and compile reports, presentations and correspondence; proposals, pitch-desk and speeches.
- Liaise with Managers, Executive and Internal Stakeholders to ensure alignment on projects, deliverables and OKRs.
- Manage databases and filing systems.
- Collate and file expenses.
- Book and arrange travel & accommodation for both official and personal trips.
- Accompany the CEO/MD and trips (where necessary).
- Organize the MD/CEO's personal commitments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BA in English, Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or any related role.
- At least 4 years experience as an Executive assistant (compulsory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, discrete and confidential.
- Ambitious and curious about business trends with great passion to learn and research.
