 The ideal candidates must possess a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.


Responsibilities



  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

  • Contacting leads to establish rapport and close sales(Cold calling)

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Generating leads using various marketing channels.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals towards business growth and ensuring they are met.

  • Training and coaching team members on best practices.


Qualification & Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales or Marketing.

  • Strong Presentation skills.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Suite.
