Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Country Manager by providing smooth and well-regulated secretarial and administrative assistance towards Nigerian authorities.
- Types documents and basic correspondence independently
- Maintains and administrates documentation/filling for the country manager
- Manages stock office supplies
- Handles ticket requests from other airlines in consultation with Country Manager
- Handles all business related requests and tasks from third parties such as NCAA, FAAN, Government and Embassies. Is contact point for Authorities, Ministries etc.
- Carries out all duties which may reasonably be requested and which are not included in the job description
- Will be flexible in switching over to other tasks (Communication) and adapts to changing circumstances
- Prepare Summer & Winter schedules and Send to relevant authorities.
- Handles Tarrif filling with local Civil Aviation authorities (monthly basis) in conjunction with Regional Pricer.
- Organise duty trips for NG MT (GH, ABV), regional and HQ visitors (hotel reservation for Country guests from outside Nigeria and within Nigeria; visa; airport processes; tickets etc…).
- Prepare all the relevant information and background of court cases with customers for lawyer/ le Cairo cpy Country Manager
Support Local Sales Team & communication
- Handling of agents discount ticket and other requests incoming from customers and travel agents
- Will assist in promotional activities and in organizing presentations and parties
- Carry out all administrative duties regarding corporate accounts & agents
- Handles telephone queries
- Exploits commercial potential of product developments
- Liaise with airport teams for specific customers’ requests.
Claims and Complaints coordinaton
- Key point of contact for NG court cases and Central Customer relations unit in Cairo.
- Handles with local lawyer all local aspects of claims and complaints under instructions from CAIRO and the Country Manager.
- Be the local customer relationship liaison for B2C, especially for Top Customers (Ultimate, Elite+ Customers etc), in coordination with Bluelink and the Customer Care department in Cairo.
- Coordinates local luggage action plan with station and 3rd party ( LOS and ABV)
