As an Assistant Research Manager, you will assist the Research Manager in conducting an experimental research that includes conducting baseline and endline surveys. Your responsibilities will include:

  Overseeing the data collection process and conducting preliminary data analysis.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating with upper management to ensure alignment on the goals and objectives of the research programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Compiling and submitting research reports to the project team and presenting findings to stakeholders and board members.

  
  


• 
  

  Performing any additional tasks assigned by the program manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Keeping accurate records of  research reports and related meeting minutes, while ensuring confidentiality of subjects as necessary.

  
  


• 
  

  Participating in field work as needed.
