Scope of Engagement; Empowerment for Local People Foundation is seeking four (4) Qualitative Officers (f/m/x)  to be employed for a period of 1 week, starting March 2023 with a daily workload of 9am to 5pm. The job description includes;

• 
  

  Plan and implement field activities around app testing and other research work

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct in-depth research on small business operations in Lagos and the given app.

  
  


• 
  

  Download the given app and thoroughly understand the features

  
  


• 
  

  Recruit the number of participants given by the manager for the App testing.

  
  


• 
  

  Collect, record, and analyze participants’ responses to the firm’s data management systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to the organization's code of conduct and contribute to a positive image.

  Report to the Research manager and collaborate with Program Associate, Program Manager, and other team members to align with project goals and meet expectations.
