Description



  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of all PachaMama Foods products and the company.

  • Conduct market research, market trend analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and develop and execute the marketing plan and activities accordingly.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer preference and position PachaMama Foods products accordingly.

  • Grow market penetration of PachaMama Foods products in the dense areas of Lagos.

  • Assist the team to meet sales target sets and carrying out field sales to meet target set.

  • Provide reasonable budget assumptions for the sales and marketing division, that will ensure SMART Budget are set and manage marketing budget.

  • Assist to develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to the development of the company’s brand.

  • Travel inter-state for marketing and sourcing for new clients.

  • Develop and prepare business proposals.

  • Source and manage relationships and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced providers of marketing services like Social Media Management.

  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities.

  • Execute developed product launches and related marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customer segments.

  • Provide input on the company’s media and public relations advertising.

  • Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company’s ethical code of conduct.

  • Maintain contact and good relationship with all clients and ensure high-level client satisfaction.

  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

  • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market share, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, and establishing targeted market share.

  • Supply Management with weekly reports and monthly on Sales operations and generated returns, customers problems and interests and competitive activities.

  • Oversee special projects and the entire Sales team to ensure they meet their KPIs, targets and tasks.

  • Onboard and ensure that all members of the sales teams have comprehensive knowledge and benefits of all PachaMama Foods.

  • Other duties as shall be required.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
