Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the company's inventory, including stock levels, locations, and movements.

  • Receive, store, and distribute products in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are properly stored, packed and labeled.

  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that stock levels are accurate and that any discrepancies are addressed promptly.

  • Process incoming shipments, verifying that the quantities and quality of products match the purchase orders.

  • Prepare and distribute accurate and timely reports on inventory levels and movements.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly and that products are delivered to customers on time.

  • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, ensuring that all products are stored in a safe and secure manner.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as with all relevant regulations and laws.

  • Meet Sales Target as may be assigned.

  • Perform other duties assigned.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of all PachaMama Foods products, the company, and FAQs.
