A fast-growing Hospitality company with branches in Victoria Island and Ikoyi, Lagos State, is looking for ambitious and skilled candidates to fill the position below:



RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure adherence to standards in the production and preparation of food – in quality, quantity and safety

  • Ensure the correct storage of all food items

  • Ensure consistent and smooth production of food

  • Ensure that working areas are always kept clean

  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specification and served at the correct quality, portion size and temperature

  • Communicating with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure that food items are prepared in a timely manner

  • Maintaining the inventory of food items in the kitchen and appropriately restock when necessary

  • Work towards exceeding customer’s expectation




SKILLS/ABILITIES:



  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.


QUALIFICATION: Diploma, OND in any field of study.



YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:



  • Minimum of 1-year experience obtained in a well-structured restaurant.
