We need an Office Administrator who is young, smart, and innovative with administrative or clerical experience, and resides within Ojodu-Berger and environ.
Responsibilities
Attend to the client’s requisition
Update students’ information
Attend to mail.
Search information online.
Create or generate reports and prepare memos as required.
Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction including assisting to collate feedback for assessing same when needed.
Promote the company’s brand philosophy while discharging your responsibilities.
Monitor an active caseload and carry out any necessary follow-up actions.
Carry out other duties as may be applied from time to time.
Requirements
Must possess an HND / BSc Degree.
Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel)
Communication: Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal
Punctual: Dependable to be on Time and Meet strict deadlines.
Warm and friendly disposition
Ability to effectively manage stress and deal with multiple priorities
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to paperwork, processes, and the application of policies and procedures.
